De Chemische Binding

The September General Members’ Meeting will take place on the 24th of September, at 19:00. This meeting will be convened at Het Pakhuis, Peperstraat 8-2, and will be streamed online for members who can not attend. During this GMM, the financial reports of 2019-2020 will be presented, the year report will be presented and the 53rd Board will be discharged. The proposal for the reformation of the Career Committee and the budget for 2020-2021 will be presented.

Since there are a maximum number of people who can attend the meeting physically, you will have to subscribe for the meeting. You can choose to be present either physically or online, the number of physical subscriptions is limited. The link to follow the meeting online will be shared via email on the 24th of September at 18:30, this is why it is important to subscribe even if you want to follow the meeting online! If you want to join the meeting online, you will have to vote by proxy. It is not possible to vote online. If you want someone who is present physically to vote for you, they will need electronically documented approval to do so. This can be in the form of an email or text message. Any member entitled to vote may act as proxy for a maximum of 2 other members. You will have to notify us at board@chemische-binding.nl before the meeting about this!
