Wednesday the 12th, the Bi-Annual GMM will take place. It will be at NB5114.0043, you are welcome from 17:00, we will start at 17:15. This is a special GMM, as the new Articles of Constitution (statutes) will be discussed. Both the Dutch version as well as the English translation are available here.
Please note that the English version is not legally binding but the Dutch one is. We would like to ask you to read through the statutes in advance, as we will not read through them entirely during the GMM. Comments about the translation can be addressed in advance by visiting the board room, or writing an email. Besides the statutes, this GMM will also be about the evaluation of the policy plan of Board 53.
