On the 20th of February we will go to Hooghoudt, a distillery for drinks like genever, vodka and beerenburg. This is a true Gronings company that was founded in 1888 by none other than Hero Jan Hooghoudt, originally a baker!
For just €7.50 we will have a tour of the factory and at the end will be allowed to taste some of the drinks.
ACD, the study association for chemistry from Amsterdam, will also be joining on this excursion so this is also a nice opportunity to meet some new people!
We will leave the university at around 16:20 to bike there. If you would like to meet us at the location (Hooghoudtstraat 1) please send an email to board@chemische-binding.nl letting us know.
