All these questions will be answered by Caitlin Briasco during a presentation on Fonterra.
Caitlin is currently based at Fonterra’s Heerenveen site in the Netherlands and is the Technical Assistant to the General Manager of Europe Operations. She originally worked with Fonterra in New Zealand and now leads the continuous improvement program and new, innovative work at the Heerenveen site which produces lactose and whey protein for sports and infant applications.
