Formal Dinner
Food is a basic need: a fact known since before we were born. To celebrate our dependance on this interesting substance, we, the LustrumCie, have decided to formalise the act of consuming food in a restaurant.
The formalisation will take place on Thursday the 6th of October at Eetcafé 't Zwarte Schaap. You are hereby cordially invited to join us at 19:00 h on this formal dinner. The dinner will cost 20 euros!
The long awaited menu:
Appetizer
- Groninger mustard soup
- Season's soup
Main
- Slow braised shortrib with a leek-Madeira gravy
- Sea wolf with mustard-dill cream sauce and seasonal vegetables
- Quiche filled with spinach, zucchini and soft gorgonzola
Dessert
- Lime ice cream with limoncello curd and raspberry coulis
3 drinks (beer, house wine or soda) will also be included!
