We know that uni life can be very stressful at times, especially when you are flooded with assignments or go through an exam period. All this pressure and worry can take a negative toll on one's mental health.
For this reason, the CB is organising a series of 3 mindfulness workshops this academic year consisting of different topics. They will be hosted by Anja Boers, a certified mindfulness trainer. (more info on https://www.mindfulness-op-maat.nl/wp/)
The first session will be held on the 30th of November from 17:30 to 19:00 in NB 5114.0004. It will include insights on stress, meditation and breathing exercises.
We are going to go through some exercises, exchange experiences and receive feedback. You can sign up for free on our website. Hurry up, as there are only 20 spots available!
