Dear member,

You, as member of De Chemische Binding, have a big say in how the association is run. We really value your opinion and have changed the structure of the General Members’ Meeting to reflect this. We have added how we would like to handle each agenda point by adding the following descriptions:

• For approval: the board will present a plan which has to be voted upon for implementation.
• For your information: the board or members will make an announcement to inform you about a certain case.
• For discussion: the board will present a case or question and opens a discussion which will be held in a civil way.
