Do you think your committee deserves more budget from the board? Or do you want to get more salary from a future employer? Maybe you want a later bedtime because your parents have not yet realised that that you are an adult, but I am already in my twenties so I can pick my own bedtimes mom!
In all these cause you might have to negotiate to get what you want. But what is a negotiation, how can you do it effectively, and how can you use it to solve problems?
That is why we, the BACo, have asked YAG (Young Advisory Group), to give us a workshop about negotiating. Here they will tell us about usefull tactic of negotiating, the theory behind it all, and even more!!
