Dearest First Years, 

The Food Market is around the corner! On the 2nd of October at 18:30 in the NB canteen we will gather with your peers, all your first-year professors are also invited! A nice opportunity to get to know each other better and meet relevant people in the faculty. You will receive €5.50 budget per person to prepare a meal (which can be from one of the home countries of your group!), for around 6 people, you can create groups of 3-4 people max and decide on a nice dish to prepare together! Note that they don’t have to be from your mentor group, but they can also be friends you met along the way! If you want your €5.50 back you will have to bring the receipt to the event! You will also have to write on a piece of paper the allergens of the dish you will prepare! 

We understand that for those of you taking Concepts of Chemistry the timing might not be sufficient to go back and forth with your cooked meal as such the fridge in the lounge will be available to store the meal until the food market if you wish to bring it in before your courses that day.
